franz\u00f6sischen Stra\u00dfenverkehrsordnung und Erlass vom 20. November 1969 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Zugmaschinen bzw. selbstfahrende Maschinen geh\u00f6ren zu den Spezialmaschinen der Klasse B (Erlass vom 14. Februar 1985, Amtsblatt vom 7. M\u00e4rz 1985), die in einem Ministerialerlass vom 20. November 1969 (erschienen im Amtsblatt vom 19. Dezember 1969) so definiert wird: \u201eDies sind selbstfahrende oder gezogene Maschinen f\u00fcr die Anhebung, Stapelung oder den Transport von Produkten aller Art (unter Ausschluss des Transports von Personen abgesehen vom Fahrer und eventuell einem Beifahrer) dienen und deren Geschwindigkeit bauartbedingt 25 km pro Stunde nicht \u00fcberschreiten kann\u201c. Folgende Bedingungen m\u00fcssen erf\u00fcllt werden, um eine Zugmaschine bzw. selbstfahrende Maschine sicher auf \u00f6ffentlichen Stra\u00dfen zu f\u00fchren und eine Ahndung durch die Beh\u00f6rden zu vermeiden: <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">1. Die Geschwindigkeit der Maschine muss bauartbedingt auf 25 km\/h begrenzt sein<br \/>2. Die Maschine muss von einem einzigen Fahrer und insbesondere beim Zur\u00fccksetzen eventuell von einem Beifahrer gef\u00fchrt werden.<br \/>3. Die Maschine muss mit der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Beleuchtungs- und Signalanlage ausgestattet sein. Die Rundumleuchte wird empfohlen und ist in einigen franz\u00f6sischen Departements vorgeschrieben.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Es ist zu beachten, dass eine Baumaschine ungeachtet ihrer Klasse ab dem Moment der Benutzung \u00f6ffentlicher Stra\u00dfen mit einem Typenschild versehen sein muss und mit einer obligatorischen \u201eHaftpflichtversicherung\u201c f\u00fcr Automobile sowie einer \u201ebetrieblichen Haftpflichtversicherung\u201c gegen von Baumaschinen verursachte Sch\u00e4den versichert sein muss. Ferner muss der Fahrer Inhaber einer ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfen, vom Niederlassungsleiter des Mitarbeiters gem\u00e4\u00df der geltenden Gesetzgebung ausgestellten Fahrerlaubnis sein. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Der Gabelstaplerf\u00fchrer ist nicht verpflichtet, einen F\u00fchrerschein zum Fahren auf der Stra\u00dfe zu besitzen.<br \/>(Quelle: OPPBTP &#8211; franz\u00f6sische Bau- und Stra\u00dfenbauberufsgenossenschaft) <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Diese Maschinen m\u00fcssen ferner mit einem sogenannten \u201eBetriebsschild&#8220; gem\u00e4\u00df Artikel R. 158 der franz\u00f6sischen Stra\u00dfenverkehrsordnung versehen sein. Sie ist der Oberbegriff f\u00fcr einige hierarchisch nach ihren Auswirkungen geordneten Praktiken, welche die\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.economiecirculaire.org\/static\/h\/les-enjeux-de-ressources--efficacite.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"s2\">Material- und Energienutzung optimieren sollen<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">So haben zum Beispiel die UN versucht, die Kreislaufwirtschaft zu definieren:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Was ist die <i>Kreislaufwirtschaft<\/i>?\u00a0\u201eDie Kreislaufwirtschaft ist ein System der Produktion, des Austauschs und der gemeinsamen Nutzung, das sozialen Fortschritt, den Erhalt des Naturerbes und wirtschaftliche Entwicklung erm\u00f6glicht, wie es die Brundtland-Kommission definiert hat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Ihr oberstes Ziel ist die Entkopplung des Wirtschaftswachstums von der Ausbeutung der nat\u00fcrlichen Ressourcen, indem innovative Produkte, Dienstleistungen, Gesch\u00e4ftsmodelle und \u00f6ffentliche Ma\u00dfnahmen geschaffen werden, die alle Str\u00f6me w\u00e4hrend der gesamten Lebensdauer des Produkts oder der Dienstleistung mit einbeziehen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Dieses Modell beruht auf einer optimalen Nutzung der Ressourcen und auf der Schaffung positiver Wertsch\u00f6pfungskreisl\u00e4ufe. Es hebt insbesondere neue Entwurfs-, Produktions- und Konsumgewohnheiten, die Verl\u00e4ngerung der Nutzungsdauer von Produkten, die Wiederverwendung und das Recycling von Komponenten hervor.\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Diese Definition kommt im \u201eSchaubild der Kreislaufwirtschaft\u201c zum Ausdruck:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li wiederverwendet, gemeinsam genutzt und maximal genutzt werden,<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Produkte m\u00fcssen zerlegbar sein, damit funktionale Teilsysteme f\u00fcr die
